Customer service:
Artwork: We prefer emailed art (including text) that is PC-formatted as EPS, PDF, TIFF, AI, JPG; we do not accept GIF, JPEG. We also accept black and white camera- ready artwork. All artwork must be at least 600 DPI or higher. Other photo copies are not considered camera- ready and will result in an additional art charge of $45.00 (V). We allow one free proof changing only.

Set up and running charge
Plate set up charge: $45.00 (V) for one color, one location.
Reorder set up charge: $25.00 (V) for one color, one location.
Running charge: $0.15 (V) for additional color / location imprint per unit.
Minimum Quantities with Colors Imprinted:
1 color or 2 colors imprint: Less than 100 pieces, add $75.00 (V) per order.
3 colors or 4 colors imprint: Less than 500 pieces, add $150.00 (V) per order.
Stock Imprint Colors:
Yellow, Orange, Red, Purple, Violet, Reflex Blue, Process Blue, Green, Warm Red, Navy Blue, Royal Blue, Teal, Burgundy, Silver, Gold, White, Black.
PMS Color Match:
Additional charge of $35.00 (V) per color applies. However, we can’t guarantee an exact match under certain circumstances.
Customized Item Information:
Minimum quantity of 2500 is required. An additional mold charge of $725 (V) applies. Delivery time will be approximately 14-16 weeks after we received a final approval. If you need rush service, please contact customer representative for more details.
(Anga Supply reserves the right to use all custom shape products in our advertising, displays and a stock item in future catalogs unless otherwise specified by their owners in writing at time of order. Mold charge will be $800 (V) for exclusive rights items.)
Pre-Production Sample:
Is available by request only, charges will be applied. Minimum charge is $50 (V) for one or two colors imprint on one location, $125 (V) for three or four colors imprint on one location, plus set up charge and shipping fee. Contact customer service for more details.
Layout proofs:
All order approval must be signed and faxed / emailed back to us before production starts. Late approval will result in delayed shipping date. No charge for paper proof.
Production Time:
Applicable for most items, if inventories are available; subject to proof and credit approval.
Normal production time: 3-5 working days from signed approval for stress reliever
7-15 working days from signed approval for badge retriever, pedometer
step counter
Rush service for stress reliever only:
Same day and next day service available.
Order and workable art must be received by 12:00 p.m. (central time).
Same Day: $100 (V) for one color imprints.
Next day: $50 (V) for up to 2 color imprints.
Packaging:
Some products may be poly-bagged at factory discretion at no charge, but may not apply to all items. Bags may be printed with “Made in China.”
Special Packaging:
1 item per bag: $0.25 (V) per bag sealed, $0.20 (V) unsealed per bag.
Beyond 1 item per bag available at additional charge, call for details.
Shipping:
Drop / Split Shipments:
Add $6.25 (V) handling fee per shipment address after first address, plus freight hcarge.
U.S.Postal Service:
Add $6.25 (V) per carton plus postal charge.
Third Party Accounts / Receiver Accounts:
For processing of shipments using 3rd party / receiver account numbers add $6.25 (V) per shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address / Account:
$15.00 (V) per carton plus carrier charges for incorrect address or account provided
Cancellations:
$30.00 (V) per order plus all other costs incurred up to the time of cancellation. The cancellation fee will vary for the custom order.
Returns / Complaints
Complaints or returns must be made within 30 days of original shipment. Authorization code is required. No credit or discounts will be issued for merchandise unavailable for return. If the merchandise has been used in any amount, it is ineligible for return.
$30.00(V) restocking fee for blank, undamaged returned items per order.
Payment Method:
We accept Checks/ACH (must be in U.S. Dollars), Master Card, Visa, Discover, and Amex. $35 charge for any returned check.
Sample Orders:
We can send you free samples via your UPS or FEDEX account, maximum 2 pieces. Please email / fax samples order including shipping account #. We don’t accept verbal request.

Stress Relievers are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
